At Penthouse Skin Lab, every experience is designed with care, science, and intention. To protect both your time and ours, the following policies are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and respect for all clients.

 

Service & Consultation Refunds
All services, treatments, consultations (virtual or in-person), and appointments are non-refundable.

Each appointment reflects reserved time, professional expertise, and preparation. Because skin health and treatment outcomes vary by individual, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

If you are unsatisfied with a treatment-based service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly assess your concern and, at our discretion, may offer a corrective follow-up or service credit. Refunds are not issued.

Consultations are educational and advisory in nature and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or follow-up services.

Product Refunds
To maintain sanitation and product integrity, all skincare products and retail items are final sale.

If a product causes irritation or an adverse reaction, please notify us within 7 days of purchase for evaluation. An exchange or store credit may be offered if the product is deemed defective or unsuitable after consultation.

Packages, Bundles & Series
All treatment packages, bundles, and series purchases are:

Non-transferable

Packages must be redeemed within their stated expiration period (typically 6–12 months, depending on the program).
Packages may not be split, converted to cash, or substituted for other services.

Memberships
Memberships may be canceled with a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle by emailing info@penthousebeaute.com

Payments already processed are non-refundable

Missed or skipped months do not roll over or carry forward

Early termination of discounted memberships may result in forfeited benefits or prorated adjustments to previously used services

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules

Same-day cancellations or reschedules will result in forfeiture of any deposit

Frequent last-minute changes may require full prepayment for future bookings

No-Show Policy
A no-show (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice) will result in 50% of the total scheduled service fee being charged to the card on file.

Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or require full prepayment for future appointments.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to receive your full service.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or need to reschedule based on availability. Applicable fees may still apply.

Gift Cards, Promotions & Credits
All gift cards, vouchers, referral credits, and promotional offers:

Are non-refundable

Have no cash value

Discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated timeframe and may not be extended.

Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, Afterpay/Klarna (where applicable), and approved electronic payments.

Returned payments or chargebacks may result in a $35 administrative fee and restricted booking privileges.

Natural Disasters & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, power outages, public emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, Penthouse Skin Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for the safety of our clients and staff.

Refunds are not issued for closures caused by unforeseen or unavoidable events; however, affected appointments will be rescheduled or credited at the earliest available date.

Policy Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a membership with Penthouse Skin Lab, you agree to the terms outlined above.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time to maintain fairness and business integrity.
