At Penthouse Skin Lab, every experience is designed with care, science, and intention. These policies exist to protect your time, your results, and the integrity of your experience. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to all terms outlined below.

REFUNDS
Services, Products & Packages

SERVICE & CONSULTATION REFUNDS
All services, treatments, consultations (virtual or in-person), and appointments are non-refundable. Each appointment reflects reserved time, professional expertise, and preparation. Because skin health and treatment outcomes vary by individual, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
If you are unsatisfied with a treatment-based service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess your concern and, at our discretion, may offer a corrective follow-up or service credit. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
Consultations are educational and advisory in nature and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or follow-up services.
PRODUCT REFUNDS
To maintain sanitation and product integrity, all skincare products and retail items are final sale. If a product causes irritation or an adverse reaction, please notify us within 7 days of purchase for evaluation. An exchange or store credit may be offered if the product is deemed defective or unsuitable after consultation.
PACKAGES, BUNDLES & SERIES
All treatment packages, bundles, and series purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages must be redeemed within their stated expiration period (typically 6–12 months depending on the program). Packages may not be split, converted to cash, or substituted for other services.
GIFT CARDS, VOUCHERS & CREDITS
All gift cards, vouchers, referral credits, and promotional offers are non-refundable and have no cash value. Discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively. Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated timeframe and may not be extended.

APPOINTMENTS
Booking, Cancellations & Scheduling

SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. Select services require a non-refundable deposit applied toward your service total. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Prepaid services are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered same-day cancellations and are subject to applicable fees regardless of the reason, including illness, time constraints, or change of mind.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the total reserved service value. Any deposit paid will be forfeited. This fee applies to all services including promotional bookings and cannot be waived.
SAME-DAY RESCHEDULING
Appointment changes requested within 24 hours of your scheduled time are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. After 2 same-day rescheduling occurrences, full prepayment will be required for all future appointments.
SAME-DAY SERVICE REDUCTIONS
Your appointment time is reserved based on the full services booked. If you choose to remove or reduce any portion of your services on the day of your appointment, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation of the removed service. A fee of 50% will be charged for each service removed from the original booking. Unused service value is forfeited and will not be converted to credit.
NO-SHOWS
Appointments missed without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service total. After 2 no-show occurrences, booking access will be restricted and full prepayment will be required for all future services. Repeated no-shows may result in permanent dismissal from booking.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time to receive your full service. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service at full pricing. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a same-day cancellation at management discretion.
VIOLATION THRESHOLD
A policy violation is defined as any same-day cancellation, same-day reschedule, no-show, or late arrival resulting in a shortened appointment. After 2 violations within a 6-month period, full prepayment will be required for all future bookings. After 3 violations, Penthouse Skin Lab reserves the right to restrict or permanently revoke booking access.

Promotional Offers & Pricing

PROMOTIONAL TERMS
Promotions are valid for a limited time and apply only to the original booking as confirmed at time of purchase. Any service changes, same-day cancellations, late reschedules, or missed appointments will void promotional pricing. Standard pricing will apply to any rebooked services.
COMBINING OFFERS
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers, member pricing, or courtesy adjustments unless explicitly stated at time of booking.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Afterpay/Klarna where applicable, and approved electronic payments.
CHARGEBACKS & RETURNED PAYMENTS
Returned payments or chargebacks will result in a $35 administrative fee and may result in restricted booking privileges. By booking with Penthouse Skin Lab you agree to resolve any payment disputes directly with us prior to initiating a chargeback.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

BILLING
Membership fees are billed automatically each month on your enrollment date via the card on file. It is the member's sole responsibility to maintain a valid card at all times. Penthouse Skin Lab is not responsible for missed renewal notifications due to payment processor limitations. In the event of a declined payment, membership benefits will be suspended immediately until the balance is resolved.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
Membership services are strictly non-transferable. Credits, discounts, and benefits cannot be shared, gifted, or applied to another person's account under any circumstances.
CREDITS & ROLLOVERS
Unused membership credits do not roll over. All credits must be used within the active billing cycle in which they were issued. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds.
MEMBER DISCOUNTS
Member discounts apply to additional services only and cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or courtesy adjustments unless explicitly stated.
CANCELLATION
Members may cancel at any time by emailing info@penthousebeaute.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no further charges after that date. Upon cancellation, any remaining unused credits expire 3 months from the cancellation date. Membership fees already processed are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Early termination of discounted memberships may result in forfeited benefits or prorated adjustments to previously used services at the standard rate.
MEMBERSHIP APPOINTMENTS
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a membership appointment. If 24 hours' notice is provided, the credit will be returned for use within the same billing cycle. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in permanent forfeiture of that month's membership credit — no exceptions. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment at the esthetician's discretion.
Note: Membership appointment policies supersede standard studio cancellation fees. Credit forfeiture is the applicable consequence for late cancellations on membership appointments — no additional cancellation fee will be charged.
LAB & MEDICAL SERVICES
Lab processing and NP review fees are billed separately and directly by our partnering providers, independent of Penthouse Skin Lab membership fees. Penthouse Skin Lab does not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or medical treatment. Results may vary based on individual skin conditions and compliance with recommended home care.
POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Penthouse Skin Lab reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms with 30 days written notice to active members. Memberships may be terminated immediately for violations of studio policies without refund of remaining fees.

GUESTS & CHILDREN
To maintain a calm, professional treatment environment, only scheduled clients are permitted in the studio unless prior written approval has been arranged. Unscheduled guests, including children, are not permitted during appointments.
RESULTS & HOME CARE
Visible results require consistency, adherence to your treatment plan, and compliance with recommended home care protocols. Individual outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed. Penthouse Skin Lab is not responsible for results that vary due to non-compliance.
RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT
Penthouse Skin Lab is committed to maintaining a safe and professional space for all clients and staff. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or repeated disregard for studio policies will result in immediate refusal of service and permanent dismissal.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Penthouse Skin Lab reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time to protect the safety, wellbeing, and professionalism of the studio. This includes but is not limited to contraindicated skin conditions, policy violations, or disrespectful conduct.
NATURAL DISASTERS & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
In the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, power outages, public emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, Penthouse Skin Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for the safety of our clients and staff. Refunds are not issued for closures caused by unforeseen or unavoidable events. Affected appointments will be rescheduled or credited at the earliest available date.

YOUR AGREEMENT
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a product or package, or enrolling in a membership with Penthouse Skin Lab, you agree to all terms outlined above. All policies are strictly enforced. Outside of true emergencies as outlined above, this includes changes due to time constraints, discomfort, illness, or change of mind.
We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time to maintain fairness and business integrity.
