SHIPPING , RETURNS & In-STORE PICKUP
Penthouse Beauté LLC dba Penthouse Skin Lab processes and ships orders as efficiently as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of receipt; however, during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 1–7 business days.

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–10 business days depending on destination and carrier.

If a package has not arrived within 14 business days from the ship date, customers must contact Penthouse Skin Lab.
At our discretion, a replacement shipment may be issued with signature confirmation required upon delivery. A tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout once the order ships.
Penthouse Skin Lab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or stolen after shipment, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer is responsible for any additional fees required to redirect the package through the shipping carrier or to re-ship the order if it is returned to Penthouse Skin Lab due to an address issue.
Penthouse Skin Lab offers in-store pickup for select products; however, not all products available online are eligible for immediate in-store pickup, and some items may be ordered online and shipped to the studio for pickup.

Customers will receive a pickup confirmation email once the order is ready, which may take 1–4 business days to process.

Customers should not visit the studio for pickup until the confirmation email has been received. A valid photo ID and order confirmation are required at the time of pickup.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the confirmation email. Unclaimed orders may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
All sales are final. Penthouse Skin Lab does not accept returns or exchanges on products or services.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
